All Salsa Zucar classes are energetic so wear comfortable clothing. You shoes will ideally be not to 'grippy' which aids spins and turns. You will not need a partner as we rotate partners every minute of two. It's a great workout, that is so much fun, you barely notice the exercise! You will get hot.
But we like that.
We sell Commitment cards for the beginners class . You pay for five classes and get one free. We feel it helps people get over the 'oh I can't be arssed' feeling and start to appreciate the 'So glad I came'
After a month or two, depending on your progress, ask if you can join the next class.Beginners we encourage you to stay for the improvers warm up. It is quite a step up and we hold workshops to ease the transition across to the Improvers class. It is certainly worth the effort!
